Eduplus School and College
Mr. Rafiqul Islam is a distinguished business leader and philanthropist with over three decades of experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and educational advocacy. His multifaceted career spans across diverse sectors including information technology, real estate development, and finance.
After completing his MBA from Harvard Business School, Mr. Islam founded TechSolutions Bangladesh, one of the country's pioneering IT companies. Under his visionary leadership, the company grew from a small startup to a leading technology firm employing over 1,000 professionals. His entrepreneurial acumen led to the successful establishment of several other ventures, including Urban Developers Ltd. and Future Finance Corporation.
Beyond his business achievements, Mr. Islam has been deeply committed to social development, with a particular focus on education. He established the Islam Foundation in 2005, which has provided scholarships to over 2,000 underprivileged students and supported the construction of schools in rural areas.
Mr. Islam joined the Board of Governors of Eduplus School and College in 2010 and was unanimously elected as the Chairman in 2015. Under his stewardship, Eduplus has witnessed significant growth, including campus expansion, curriculum enhancement, and technological advancement.
