Ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs. Monitoring academic performance, achievements, and outcomes.

Fostering positive relationships with parents, alumni, and the broader community. Representing the institution in external forums.

Infrastructure Development

Approving major capital projects and infrastructure developments. Ensuring adequate facilities and resources for teaching and learning.

Policy Development

Establishing and reviewing policies that guide the institution's operations. Ensuring policies are up-to-date, relevant, and effectively implemented.
